This is the real deal! A very rare, fully documented, original 18,233 mile FM3 Panther Pink/Moulin Rouge Duster! It was ordered to tear up the road with a 340 backed by a heavy duty 4-speed transmission and a 3:91 rear! This is the original numbers matching driveline.
This car has all original interior which is in excellent shape. A rock solid original untouched undercarriage. Excellent factory seems around the doors hood, trunk etc... All chrome and bright work is the original and is also in excellent condition. There are several high quality photos posted below.
The sheet metal appears to be all original with no evidence of panel replacement. At first glance I personally thought the car had a repaint, but... some information has surfaced from others who are familiar with this cars history, that leads us to believe the car may still have its original factory paint job! It obviously isn't quite the level of today's show quality paint jobs, but I would have to describe it as "Excellent condition for original paint". It looks great from 5 feet away.

The 340 runs strong and the trans shifts tight. This car cuts the Goodyear polyglass tires loose at the touch of the pedal! All lights, gauges, signals etc... are fully functional and operate as you'd expect from an 18,233 original mile car!
This car has excellent documentation which includes the original build sheet, the original window sticker, the original bill of sale, original warrantee card, original manuals, original consumer information sheet, and various registration and insurance slips showing owner history. It was originally bought through Fred Cain Chrysler in Wilmington MA and then made it's way to down to Georgia. The VIN on the dash matches the original fender tag, door sticker, rad cradle, engine and transmission id bosses. This is without question, a numbers matching car.
Overall this car is in excellent original condition. It's turn key, and ready to cruise. As with any 30 year old classic that has been enjoyed, there are some minor flaws, dings, scratches to be expected.
